All USA Mainland orders are shipped by United Parcel Service (UPS) and USPS depending upon location. We will send you the tracking information when your order ships. Note that "Two-Day" shipping from Hawaii Island usually takes 3-4 days to most Mainland addresses. Inclement weather, especially during the winter months on the Mainland, can cause shipping delays.
We try to ship our freshly-roasted coffee the day of the order or next day. Weekend orders usually ship on Monday. Most orders to USA Mainland addresses are received within four days of the order. Orders received on the weekend can take a day or two longer.
We do not offer a shipping time guarantee. We do not control what happens after we hand off packages to UPS. Recent events--COVID, labor shortages, and heavy shipping volumes--have resulted in occasional delays in some deliveries of an extra couple of days.
Shipping for multi-pound items is calculated such that each pound counts as an individual item.

Mountain Thunder’s Organic 100% Kona Coffees are grown on a few select USDA Certified Organic farms in Kona, Hawaii. Processing, roasting, and packaging are done at our USDA Certified Organic mill and roastery in Kona.
These are genuinely remarkable coffees, grown with utmost tender love and care for creating a Kona Organic Coffee with an exceptional taste profile. It is remarkably smooth, with a very low level of bitterness. These light-bodied Organic Coffees have slightly nutty and dark chocolate notes with a subtle, savory aroma. The Mountain Thunder Coffee Plantation is a USDA Certified Organic grower and processor of 100% Kona Coffee. This means that we have passed a vigorous and detailed certification process for our farm and entire facilities. We do not use non-organic certified herbicides, pesticides or fertilizers on the farm and our processing facilities follow strict protocols when we process Organic Kona Coffee.
Mountain Thunder’s Organic 100% Kona Coffees are grown on a few select USDA Certified Organic farms in Kona, Hawaii. We offer this coffee in a Vienna roast only, which brings out the wonderfully smooth taste profile of these beans. Our roastmaster small batch roasts these beans to perfection.
