This vintage-style plantation home is located on a 20-acre organic coffee farm. We are a quick 20-minute drive from the airport and are only 15 minutes from downtown Kona and multiple white-sand beaches.
The 4-bedroom home has been renovated to add modern luxuries including a gourmet kitchen with a brand-new double oven, Viking range, dishwasher and coffee/wine bar. The vintage charm hasn’t been lost, however, with 30-foot ceilings in the living area, detailed crown molding.
The property boasts 3 master bedrooms (2 California King and 1 Queen) and a playfully-decorated kid’s room. The huge covered lanai on the main level is equipped with rocking chairs, dining for 8, a gas grill and gas firepit so guests can enjoy our legendary sunsets. A second private lanai is located off of one of the upstairs master suites with views of our breathtaking coastline and organic coffee farm.
The temperatures are cool and comfortable year-round and heaters are located throughout for those chilly mornings. Be sure to pack a jacket! We are an easy walk from multiple hiking trails, including our own on-site Nature Trail full of tropical plants, wildlife and lava tubes. We even invite you to pick your own avocado, citrus, guava and bananas grown right here on our property in season.
Guests are welcomed in with a complimentary 4x4 tour of our 20-acre property upon arrival or at any time throughout their stay. Another benefit of staying on a privately-owned coffee farm? We will provide each booking with freshly roasted coffee to enjoy during your visit!
